Booking and payment

• You must be signed in with a verified email address to book.
• Selected seats are held for 5 minutes while you pay with KHQR. Unpaid seats are then released.
• After paying, upload your bank receipt screenshot. Tickets are issued when the payment and receipt are confirmed.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and include everything you pay; a couple seat is priced for two people.

Tickets and entry

• Your ticket QR code can be used once. Show it at the entrance; staff will scan it.
• Age ratings apply. Staff may ask for ID for NC15 and R18 movies.

Problems, cancellations and refunds

Tickets cannot be cancelled online. If a payment fails, times out or arrives late, or for any refund request, contact our Ticketing Team at angkorwoodstudio@gmail.com with your payment receipt.
